Amazon has revealed the directors behind The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power season two.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is geting an all-female directing team for its second season, which consists of eight episodes, Amazon has announced. Charlotte Brändström, who directed the season one episodes “Udûn” and “The Eye,” is returning for the show’s sophomore outing and is being joined by Sanaa Hamri and Louise Hooper.
Production on The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power season two is currently underway in the United Kingdom. The Amazon series has added fifteen new actors to its cast, with one of them, Sam Hazeldine, replacing Joseph Mawle as the orc leader Adar.
Amazon has big plans for its Lord of the Rings series, having so far spared no expense with its development. The company has committed to a 5-season production plan for The Rings
